Hirsch Summary
A and B jointly operated their businesses, and their partnership was well-known in the city. A died without leaving a will. B went with his friends and took half of A's estate, as was his due. Later, A's sons demanded to see the partnership agreement. Joseph ben Moses Alvares dismisses the sons' request.
