Hirsch Summary
Someone bequeathed his house to his daughter, who was married to his brother, "to be the one in charge and the mistress (????? ???? ??????)." She in turn bequeathed half of the house to someone "if she is entitled to do so by the Din." When the spouse objected after her death, Samuel Mendes de Sola decides that this bequest is null and void.
