Hirsch Summary
Someone made a will on his sickbed in the presence of two friends, in which he bequeathed 100 guilders to each of his two brothers but appointed his wife as the sole heir otherwise. When he died after 15 days, his brothers contested the will. David ben Raphael Meldola, who complains of age-related ailments in the introduction to his opinion, decides against the wife, stating that the document was incorrectly drawn up.
