Hirsch Summary
A granted B the lifelong use of a property on which several houses stood. B rented one of these houses to C. After B's death, C agreed to vacate the house only if A reimbursed him for the expenses incurred for repairs and new construction. Abraham ben David Fidanque decides that C may take the wood and stones from the new constructions but has no further claim.
