Hirsch Summary
A man who had previously performed a circumcision under normal circumstances wanted to circumcise his own child on the Sabbath. However, the mohelim of the city said that he could not do so. Firstly, because he had only performed circumcision once before, and secondly, because the foreskin of the child was very small, making the circumcision difficult. Jacob de Tovar decides that the father may perform the circumcision. See, however, No. 238.
