Hirsch Summary
A woman had received from her father, for her lifetime, the free right of residence in a large house that had fallen to her brothers. Dispute arose over the right to sublet the house and the responsibility for repairs and taxes. Abraham ben David Fidanque decides that even the woman's right of residence is legally difficult to establish, let alone a right to sublet. The brothers must bear the taxes and repairs.
