Two *treifa* (non-kosher) questions arose: 1. It was discovered that smoked sausage had been placed in non-kosher casings, and 2. hocks had been made kosher, they had not been cut open beforehand and were cooked that way. Moses ben David Rodriguez Lopez permitted the consumption of the sausage and referred to the *Tur* (??? ?"? ?"? ??? ???? ?"? ???? ???? ???...) for the case of the hocks.
