Hirsch Summary
Two Jews went with a non-Jew to the house of a third Jew to buy gemstones from the non-Jew. They also bought them, but the landlord paid the price. He now wanted to keep the stones for himself. Abraham ben David Fidanque said that the formal right was on the side of the landlord, but nonetheless, he would be a rascal if he did not hand over their share to the other two upon payment.
