Hirsch Summary
A and B entered into a partnership agreement for three years. A contributed 10,000 guilders in cash, and B contributed 10,500 guilders in promissory notes. After a year, A found out that B's notes were worthless. Therefore, he wanted to dissolve the partnership immediately and demanded repayment from B of the amounts he had taken out of the firm. Abraham Raphael ben Chajim Albergue dismisses A's claim.
