Hirsch Summary
A borrowed 250 guilders from B and pawned two rings with gemstones to him. When he wanted to redeem them, B did not return the rings, claiming that he had given A another loan without a promissory note, which A had not yet repaid. A disputed this. Moses ben Samuel Israel, following the book Beth Chadash (No. 72), rules against A.
