A purchased a house from B for 3000 guilders with the clause that B could become the owner of the house again by refunding the purchase amount within a year. After a year had passed, A demanded that the purchase be confirmed, or that B vacate the house. B claimed that the house was only transferred to A as security. Abraham Fernandez decides to support B's legal standpoint, as it was not stipulated that A should immediately become the possessor of the house.
