Hirsch Summary
Is it to be feared that a non-Jew, who is given hides without special marking for processing, namely, to make parchment for Torah scrolls etc., could exchange them? Moses ben Samuel Izrael distinguishes whether the tub is in the house of the Jew or the non-Jew. In the second case, he prohibits their use for the mentioned purposes, in the first only if the non-Jew could have any interest in the exchange.
