Hirsch Summary
A bought 150 pounds of silk at a price of 15 guilders per pound from B. To persuade A to make the purchase, B claimed that he had sold the same silk to C, an expert in silk, at the same price. A verified this information with C. When A was supposed to pay after 8 months, he refused. He stated that he had been deceived by B and C; because B hadn't sold anything to C, but both operated their business for joint account. Abraham ben David Fidanque decides that A may withdraw from the purchase if the price is one schilling too high. See also 810.
