Hirsch Summary
Someone owned a house in Jerusalem. He designated it for Torah scholars, although one-third belonged to his wife, and it was entirely pledged against her Kethuba. When the man and the woman died-leaving no sworn Kethuba-the sons claimed their rights to the one-third. Abraham ben David Fidanque grants the sons their claim.
