A sold B the hides of he-goats that were to be slaughtered. However, the he-goats died, and B refused to accept the hides. There was a dispute whether he was entitled to do so and whether he could demand replacement delivery of hides from slaughtered goats. Abraham ben David Fidanque affirms the first question and denies the second. See '§ 814.
