Hirsch Summary
Someone bequeathed his entire estate to his son and appointed his wife as guardian. He also stipulated that if the son died without descendants, the wife should inherit the estate and also have the right to make a will about it. The relatives of the man contested the legality of the last part of the man's will and demanded the preparation of an inventory. Both regarding the right to make a will and the preparation of an inventory, David ben Raphael Meldola sides with the man's relatives.
