Hirsch Summary
A borrowed 200 guilders each from B and C; he paid them smaller amounts monthly. When both B and C died, he stopped the payments. The two widows demanded payment from him based on their Ketuboth. A refused to pay, claiming that his debts had long been forgiven by the creditors; what he had given them was only to support them in their Torah study. Moses ben Samuel Izrael decides that if what A says is true, then he must immediately pay the full amounts - that is, 200 guilders each. Otherwise, he should only pay the remaining sums in monthly installments.
