Hirsch Summary
Someone commissioned a friend to rent out his house for two years. However, the friend rented it out for three years without mentioning that he was only the intermediary. When the owner found out, he wanted to cancel the lease. Jacob ben David Fidanque rules that the owner must swear for how long he intended to rent it out, and for that duration, he must let his tenant stay.
