A had died. Relatives had entrusted the estate of his minor children to B. However, when B died, none of it was found in his estate. The orphans claimed that B had handed over their property to C. C admitted to receiving something. Abraham ben David Fidanque ruled that the relatives were obligated to compensate the orphans for the loss.
