Hirsch Summary
A, who lived in Tiberias, gave B, who was traveling to Sepphoris, a large quantity of merchandise. B was supposed to sell them in Sepphoris and bring back other merchandise from there; for his efforts, he was to receive a commission of 5% on both buying and selling. B returned with merchandise but had bought and sold several times in between and wanted to keep the profit from these intermediary transactions. Moses ben David Rodrigues Lopes ruled in favor of B.
