Hirsch Summary
A entrusted B with an item, asking him not to acquire it for himself but for a person whom A would later name. After some time, A wanted the item back without having made a specific arrangement. It is asked: 1. Is A entitled to do so? 2. Could B refuse to hand over the item to A's enemy? Jacob ben David Fidanque answers both questions in favor of A, stating that A still has full disposal rights.
