Hirsch Summary
Someone pledged to buy a Torah scroll for 150 guilders. By chance, they were able to purchase a very beautiful one for 100 guilders. They inquire whether they have fulfilled their vow and what to do with the remaining 50 guilders. Abraham Fernandez decides that they must also use it for the purchase of a Torah scroll.
