Hirsch Summary
Someone left one of their sons a garden as a pre-legacy. If the son's children were to die before him, the garden would go to the other sons of the deceased. This scenario occurred. The son passed away, and the widow of the son wanted her Ketubah to be paid from the garden. It is asked whether this is possible. Meir ben Abraham Hacohen affirms it.
