Hirsch Summary
A man who converted to Judaism requested on his deathbed that a friend send his entire estate - 200 guilders - to his widow. The friend entrusted a third party with the delivery. This person intended to keep a portion for himself, arguing that the deceased's heirs were unknown. Upon the friend's and the widow's objection, Meir ben Abraham Hacohen Alfasi ruled that the entire amount belonged to the widow.
