Hirsch Summary
Someone on their deathbed said, 'I bequeath 30,000 fl. to my son Simon, 10,000 to my son Levi, 8000 to my son Juda, 7000 to Ruben (the son of my deceased brother Simon), 3000 to Simon, and also 2000 to Simon.' The last point was interpreted by a son of Juda named Simon as referring to himself, while his uncle Simon also claimed this money. Moses Gomez de Mesquita makes it clear that Simon, the grandson of the deceased, is the intended recipient.
