Hirsch Summary
A woman fell ill just as she was about to immerse herself in the ritual bath (mikveh). Upon the doctors' advice, she postponed the bath. She inquired whether the traditional counting of the seven days of ritual purity still applied, even though 22 days had passed. Samuel ben Salomo a'Cathan confirmed that the counting remained valid.
