Hirsch Summary
Someone had an illegitimate son, A, whom they raised in their home until adulthood and then sent away. Later, after marrying, they had two sons with their wife: B, the 'firstborn,' and C. On their deathbed, they bequeathed 2,000 florins as a pre-legacy to the 'firstborn,' with the remaining estate to be divided among the sons. The question arose whether A or B should be considered the 'firstborn.' Isaac Saruco ruled that B should receive this legacy, based on the wording of the will, which did not explicitly specify.
