Hirsch Summary
Two partners had a common creditor. One, A, handed over 1000 guilders from the partnership fund to the other, B, for B to give the money to the creditor. B did not do this but instead invested the money profitably. When A heard about it, he claimed half of the profit. Chija Cohen de Lara agrees with A. Cf. 473.
