Hirsch Summary
A lived in B's house. There was no written agreement about the contractual relationship. A had also never paid any consideration. Suddenly, B demanded immediate evacuation as he wanted to occupy the house himself. Although A admitted that he had to vacate the house, he wanted a certain period of time to do so. Isaac ben Jacob Henriquez Faro ordered A to vacate but recommended that B grant a certain period for evacuation.
