Hirsch Summary
A Jew and a non-Jew operated a joint brokerage business. Can the Jew share in the profit earned by the non-Jew on the Sabbath? Is there a difference if they settle accounts only once in larger intervals or every day? Abraham Fernandez decides that unless specific arrangements are made according to the suggestions of Maimonides, the non-Jew should take one-seventh in advance, and then the remaining rest should be divided. He also cites the response of Rabbi Elija Misrachi No. 83.
