Hirsch Summary
When opening a slaughtered animal, it was discovered that it had 11 ribs broken on one side and one on the other, but the parts had healed well together. Jacob b. Abraham Bassan prohibits consuming the animal, further explaining that the same ruling would apply if 6 ribs on each side (as posed in another question) were broken. (See 935).
