Dedication (1 page). Two brothers had agreed among themselves the marriage of their underage children. But when the boy grew up, he did not want to marry the girl and gave his father this waiver in writing. The father, who himself wanted to marry his niece, went with two witnesses to the brother, gave him a ring in the presence of the daughter and said: 'With this, the marriage of your daughter is concluded.' Then he first showed the waiver document of his son. Niece and brother disputed the legality of the marriage. Samuel de Salomo a Catan declares the marriage invalid. See 543. 3 pages.
