Hirsch Summary
A non-Jew testified by chance to the death of a Jew. However, the death had legal consequences for the non-Jew's brother (the deceased's brother was obligated to repay a debt to the non-Jew). The question arises whether the deceased's brother may enter into a' levirate marriage' based on this testimony. David b. Jacob de Meza affirms this. He concludes with a short poem.
