Hirsch Summary
Someone had specified in his will that his sons should not undertake any actions without the guardian's consent. Nevertheless, the eldest son, upon reaching Bar Mitzvah age, sold his inheritance (to be transferred at his death) for a lifelong annuity of 100 dinars. Two years later, the young man died. When the buyer approached the guardian to receive the deceased's inheritance, the guardian learned about the transaction for the first time and refused to release it. David ben Jacob de Meza confirms the buyer's rights. See reference 798 (and 482)
