Hirsch Summary
A, the owner of the ground floor, wanted to construct a building at the back of the house along the public path to protect his shop from inclement weather. B, the owner of the upper floor, objected and built a window on that side. B demanded that the new construction be at least 4 ells away from the window. Chija Cohen de Lara rejected B's objection.
