Considering that Abi-Esri (??? ?"? ?"? ? ??"?) made specific regulations for someone who prays later than the community on the day of the beginning of the request for dew and rain, it is asked whether this applies analogously to the first day of Passover, meaning that the person who is delayed should pray in accordance with what the community has prayed. Joseph ben Moses Alvares decides that this is not the case, but the individual should pray according to whether the corresponding prayer was already announced during the Musaf prayer in the synagogue.
