In the Rosenthaliana collection: No. 61 is bound twice. A arranged for his daughter to marry his nephew B after a certain period. Meanwhile, the girl developed an eye disease causing constant tearing. B then refused to marry her or pay the 5000 fl. penalty agreed upon in case of breaking off the engagement. David ben Abraham Franco Mendes sides with B; he also rules that B is not obliged to marry the girl if she recovers.
