Hirsch Summary
Someone bequeathed 100 Gulden to his granddaughter for the purchase of jewelry. The granddaughter died before the purchase; her husband still wanted the money. The heirs refused to pay, as the purpose could no longer be fulfilled. Abraham Raphael ben Chajim Albergue orders the heirs to make the payment.
