A named his brother B as his heir in his will. However, he stipulated that B should only have the interest from 7000 florins. After his death, his brother's widow, C, was to receive the interest for six years. Then, the children of C should receive the 7000 florins. Now, C passed away before B. After B's death, C's children demanded immediate payment of the 7000 florins, but the executors wanted to make the payment only after six years. Chija Cohen de Lara sided with the children.
