Question Summary
Is a Cohen to walk or drive on a road made in a non-Jewish cemetery, under which bones were dug and spread out, if Jews converted out were buried there?
Question Full
In a city they made a road from the old non-Jewish cemetery, where also Jews who converted and other similar people are known to be buried. And they covered the road with stones, after they had dug out the bones from the graves, and they had spread them on the earth. And every time they dig there they find bones from all parts of the earth. And now a Cohen comes to ask if it is permissible for him to pass there either by foot or by car.
