On Simchat Torah just before the Chatan Torah is called upon the Torah, they find a mistake in the Torah scroll.

In one of the congregations that has the custom until today to select a Chatan Torah and to honour him in front of the community with all types of honour and grandour, they read the Torah in front of the person with the fifth Aliyah in the verse "there is none like G-d Jeshurun", and they found that the letter "Bet" appeared in place of the letter "Kaf" and now they wished to know what to do.
