A Cohen divorces his wife on his death bed to spare her Halitsah. But the what-if-he recovers case is ommitted. Now what happens if he recovers?

A Cohen on his deathbed instructs to divorce his wife in order that she not become eligible for levirate marriage, and the person arranging the divorce forgets to include the (standard double) condition (in case he recuperates). And after he recuperates is she permitted to him or not?
