A trustworthy woman checks two slaughtered chicken to ensure they are kosher. After the dish is completed, she sees in it a small needle. Is the food permissible?

A trustworthy woman opened up two chickens and checked the two gizzards very well and did not find any deficiencies. Later she salted and cooked the chickens and the gizzards together with pieces of meat. And after the cooking a small needle is found in the gizzard, sticking out. Is the food kosher or not?
