Hirsch Summary
Someone disinherited one of his three sons due to his bad conduct. When the son learned of it, he went to the administrator of the charity and donated his share to charity. After the father's death, the administrator came and wanted a third of the estate, but the other two sons refused, arguing that the brother had been disinherited. Joseph ben Moses Alvares decides in favor of the two sons. See No. 144.
