Hirsch Summary
Two Jews brought a boy from distant lands and testified that he was the child of Jews; they had redeemed him from non-Jews. When the boy grew up, he got married. In his marriage, he had a firstborn. He inquires whether he must redeem him [if he is a Cohen or Levi, this need not be done] and whether he should recite the blessing during this process. Jacob ben Salomo de Meza decides that the redemption must take place without a blessing.
