Hirsch Summary
In a contract concluded before a non-Jewish notary with the involvement of Jewish witnesses, A undertook to provide a service to B. A and the witnesses added that in reality, it had been agreed that this service would only be provided under certain conditions. However, this was not included in the contract due to an oversight. Jacob ben Salomo de Meza decides in favor of A.
