Hirsch Summary
Two brothers jointly rented a house for a year based on an oral agreement at the price of 100 Dinars. When one brother died after six months, the other wanted to pay only half of the rent for the remaining year, i.e., 25 Dinars. Immanuel Oheb Abendana orders him to pay the full rent.
