Hirsch Summary
A and B were traveling together on a ferry in winter. Despite A's warning, B brought a brazier to warm himself. When a strong wind arose, sparks from the brazier ignited a sack of papers belonging to A, causing it to catch fire. Joseph Piza rules that B must compensate for the damage.
