Someone appointed a guardian for his minor son. He instructed him to only pay out his son's inheritance if he went to Palestine; otherwise, a Jewish court in Palestine would receive the money. The son died at 25, leaving behind a son of his own. The guardian refused to give the money to the grandson, citing the grandfather's last will. Samuel Mendes de Sola, however, grants the grandson the inheritance from the grandfather. See No. 820.
