Hirsch Summary
Among a group of people who wanted to recite the' Kidush Levana' (blessing over the new moon), only a blind man could recite the blessing from memory. Since the blind man indirectly benefits from the others, who guide him by moonlight, he is allowed to recite the eulogy aloud for the others, as Immanuel Oheb Abendana rules.
